KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Principally responsible for market research projects including monthly research on Korean skincare and makeup products, market data interpretation, and methods for preparing reports:

i.e.) collects information from surveys, research reports, trend data etc & study information about consumers and sales trends

  • Create presentation materials according to requests from other regions/a direct manager

1/ to appeal our prototypes from marketing point of view to BH/MKT/other departments in regions

2/ to share a certain Korean cosmetics trend from a request from other

  • Run consumer tests and trials to ensure prototypes are focus on what the consumer want with the cosmetic and beauty product purchases & make our prototypes more attractive to be picked by BH in Shiseido

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in marketing or related field
  • 3+ years experience in market research / consumer insights  
  • Experience in managing both quantitative and qualitative research is a plus
  • Capable of managing project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously
  • Strong analytic and creative thinking
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
