Learning & Engagement Manager (Korean only)
MAIN PURPOSE
Responsible for the end-to-end execution of learning programs, from localization and facilitation to impact assessment. Additionally, the candidate will lead internal communication and engagement strategies, ensuring strong employee connection to company culture and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1️. Learning & Development (L&D) Execution
- Execute APAC-driven learning programs, including Leadership Training, Onboarding, Career Development, and Functional Training.
- Facilitate training sessions (both in-person & virtual) and act as the primary trainer for localized learning programs.
- Adapt global learning strategies to meet the unique needs of the Korean market, ensuring business alignment.
- Manage LMS (Learning Management System), e-learning tools, and digital learning platforms to enhance training efficiency.
- Measure and analyze learning effectiveness using key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
2️. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies (e.g., town halls, newsletters, intranet updates) to drive engagement and transparency.
- Lead employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives to strengthen company culture.
- Collaborate with PR agencies, Marketing, and external partners to execute CSR initiatives and employer branding projects.
- Support employee surveys, engagement analytics, and strategic action planning for continuous improvement.
3️. Stakeholder Management & Event Facilitation
- Work closely with APAC HR, local business leaders, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of Learning & Engagement programs.
- Facilitate training workshops, town halls, and corporate events, ensuring high engagement and participation.
- Provide regular reports and insights on engagement trends, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
✅Industry Experience (MUST HAVE)
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HRD, or Employee Engagement within the Cosmetics, FMCG, or Retail industry.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous business changes.
✅ Learning & Development Expertise
- Experience in training facilitation, corporate learning programs, and leadership development.
- Strong knowledge of LMS, e-learning platforms, and digital learning tools.
- Ability to execute and localize regional/global training programs effectively.
✅ Internal Communication & Engagement
- Experience in internal communication, employer branding, and corporate culture programs.
- Strong ability to engage employees through town halls, newsletters, and recognition initiatives.
✅ Key Competencies
- Strong facilitation & public speaking skills – Must be comfortable conducting training and leading corporate events.
- Excellent stakeholder management – Experience working with APAC/global teams and senior leaders.
- Data-driven mindset – Ability to track training effectiveness and engagement metrics for decision-making.
- Project management skills – Ability to manage multiple learning and engagement initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital tools – LMS, internal communication platforms, and event management software.
✅ Language
- Fluent in Korean & English (as communication with APAC/global teams is required).
