Learning & Engagement (Internal Communications) Specialist (Korean only)
MAIN PURPOSE
Support the Senior L&E Manager in designing, implementing, and delivering learning and development (L&D) programs to enhance individual, team, and organizational performance and motivation, in alignment with the company’s overall goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Engagement (L&E) strategy in collaboration with the Senior L&E Manager
- Assess training and development needs at both individual and organizational/functional levels
- Design tailored training solutions, both in-house and with external experts, aligning with RHQ/local learning strategies and guidelines. Customize and develop training materials, including managerial, behavioral, and technical content, and deliver these training programs
- Support the delivery and execution of the Annual Performance Management Program, and prepare developmental initiatives to foster internal growth and career development based on performance management outcomes
- Enroll employees in training programs and manage related communications, including distributing agendas, pre-readings, assessments, and other materials
- Collaborate with trainers and presenters to prepare and refine course materials
- Continuously improve and innovate professional development programs by gathering participant feedback, measuring learning outcomes, researching industry best practices, and ensuring sessions are interactive and engaging
- Manage internal communications related to professional development programs
- Maintain strict confidentiality to build trust in the organization’s professional development processes
- Support internal and external company events, including training programs, CSR activities, and external communications
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related talent fields
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Emotionally intelligent and people-oriented team player with the ability to de-escalate situations effectively.
- Experience in supporting company events, including training programs, CSR activities, and external communications.
