Integrated Communications Specialist, NARS (Korean only)
MAIN PURPOSE
Support the overall communications strategy by bridging operational execution with strategic initiatives. The role focuses on media relations, digital marketing, and influencer engagement to enhance brand visibility and align with global and regional communication goals. Positioned between operational (assistant) and strategic (manager) levels, this role requires both hands-on execution and insight-driven planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Media Planning & Coordination
- Assist in developing and executing media plans (print, online, TV, and social media) to meet brand objectives.
- Coordinate with media and PR agencies to ensure smooth campaign delivery in alignment with the brand strategy.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing key insights to management.
2. Event Planning & Execution
- Support local PR and product launch events (including press, VIP, and media).
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure events uphold the brand’s image.
- Manage event budgets, monitor costs, and provide ROI analysis and event reports for management review.
3. Digital & Social Media Engagement
- Assist with managing brand SNS channel, including local content creation, translations, and updates.
- Engage with influencers, bloggers, and digital ambassadors to enhance online visibility.
- Track social media KPIs and optimize digital campaigns for increased engagement and visibility.
4. PR & Influencer Relations
- Maintain and update media and influencer contact lists.
- Respond to media requests and manage relationships with editors to secure optimal coverage.
- Develop press tools and kits that align with the brand’s messaging strategy.
5. Trend Monitoring & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, digital tools, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to improve campaign relevancy and communications strategy.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing PPL (product placement) results and competitor reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in PR, digital marketing, or media planning.
- Experience in beauty or fashion industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital communications and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Korean and English for effective collaboration with global and local teams.
