Integrated Communications Manager, NARS (Korean only)

MAIN PURPOSE

Lead and execute all communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Develop strategic media and digital plans to drive substantial media and social coverage while effectively reaching target audiences. Ensure alignment with global and regional communication strategies.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media plans across print, online, TV, and social platforms.
  • Oversee media agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage effectiveness.

 

Public Relations & Influencer Engagement

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with media, bloggers, and influencers in alignment with global communication strategy.
  • Lead PR processes, including risk assessment and issue management, with a strategic communication approach.
  • Develop and distribute press materials, media kits, and content strategies to maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Secure media coverage and manage media contact lists.

 

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute local PR events, VIP gatherings, and product launches that align with the brand identity.
  • Define and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and ROI analysis.
  • Assess event effectiveness through post-event reporting and insights.

 

Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute digital media strategies to optimize brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage and curate brand social media channels, ensuring content is localized and translated appropriately.
  • Implement SEM strategies to enhance digital visibility.
  • Oversee social listening, digital trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

 

Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Provide key insights to brand teams for campaign optimization and PR success.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine and innovate communication strategies.
  • Translate digital communication strategies into actionable roadmaps with clear objectives and measurable KPIs.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in PR, digital marketing, or media planning.
  • Strong expertise in digital communications, particularly in Paid Media (display, search, social, etc.).
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Quality of media coverage and earned media value.
  • Influencer engagement and content reach.
  • Social media growth, engagement rates, and audience insights.
  • Paid media performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
