Fragrance Div. - PR Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE

To responsible for Communications (PR, Communications, Social Media and Brand Cause) and all Communications activations. Also responsible for captivating and engaging an audience of millions with prestige brands and product stories. Develop compelling strategies to achieve substantial media and social coverage and craft effective communication plans to reach and capture target audiences.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationship with journalists with key media
  • Media plan planning & execution
  • Media, Digital and PR agency communication & management
  • Organize local events in line with the brand’s image (PR, VIP, product launches )
  • Define relevant budget for each event, follows up all related costs and ensures event report for management and regional structures with ROI analysis
  • Digital planning and budget management
  • Develop brand visibility on line and measures online strategy efficiency on a regular basis
  • Enlarge social media platform
  • Develop online contact ambassadors, develops bloggers relationships in line with the global communication strategy
  • Provide key insights to brand teams to evolve campaign relevancy and PR program success
  • Foster influencer relationships encompassing beauty, lifestyle and professional verticals
  • Oversee all aspects of communications including: Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Celebrity Relations and Philanthropy.
  • Generate and secure creative ideas for collaborations and partnerships and participate as active decision maker in conceptualization, execution and development for strategic branding initiatives.
  • Continue to increase brand awareness and relevance on social media through increased earned media efforts
  • Lead the PR process, risk assessment, identify key concerns, and address issues with informed communication strategies.
  • Oversee all communications efforts in all subsidiaries to control accuracy, consistency and brand messaging.
  • Develop and implement press tools, kits and strategies to be used to reinforce and strengthen consistent brand image and messaging.
  • Interface extensively with internal counterparts in the marketing, sales, training and creative services departments to collaborate on overall company objectives and key messaging.
  • Take care of media request and communicate with editors and proceed regular PPL targeting magazine, online, newspaper and other media
  • Support offline promotion event (i.e. Press event and media event)
  • Regular monitoring competitors’ activities complete review and report
  • Summarize monthly PPL result clipping
  • Support digital & influencer engagement activities and searching & reporting market trends (i.e. local SNS market activities

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant PR experience
  • Online/offline marketing/promotion experience
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and go-getter under pressure
  • Comfortable in public speech & presentation
  • Experience in a similar capacity within the beauty, salon and fashion industry is an added advantage
