MAIN PURPOSE

This role supports cross-functional business partners by providing ongoing reporting and analysis to drive business decisions. The individual will assist in key financial processes such as forecasting and planning, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

Additionally, this position will contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Support financial planning and analysis to assess risks and opportunities in business performance.
• Prepare and maintain regular financial reports and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and performance metrics to provide relevant insights.
• Work closely with senior team members to optimize financial processes and tools.
• Assist in cost analysis and budgeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize SAP systems to support financial reporting and data management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, audit, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SAP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills in both Korean and English.
