E-commerce Manager, NARS (Korean only)
MAIN PURPOSE
Lead and manage eCommerce channels, including Retailer.com and other key partners, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution. This role emphasizes driving sustainable growth while maintaining the brand’s prestige. Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to align with business goals and elevate the eCommerce experience across all touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic eCommerce Leadership
- Develop and implement high-level eCommerce strategies tailored to different channels (Retailer.com) to drive long-term growth and brand prestige.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of global strategies and adapt to local market needs where necessary.
- Lead initiatives to explore and establish new eCommerce channels aligned with global and regional business objectives.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, ROI) to continuously improve performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee marketing campaign tracking and performance reviews to enhance tactics and optimize marketing investments.
- Utilize data insights to link online marketing efforts directly to measurable business outcomes and refine future strategies accordingly.
3. Collaborative Vendor and Partner Management
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, including internal teams, retailers, and vendors to maximize sales across eCommerce channels.
- Negotiate with eCommerce platforms and vendors to secure premium visibility, promotional placements, and co-marketing opportunities that enhance brand presence.
4. Sales Growth and Profitability Optimization
- Develop and execute promotional strategies —including SKU assortment, product bundling, and dynamic pricing models —to drive conversions and increase revenue.
- Identify and capitalize on new eCommerce business opportunities to expand the brand’s digital presence.
- Manage the eCommerce budget effectively, ensuring all expenditures deliver maximum ROI and align with overall business objectives.
5. Trend Analysis and Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the brand’s eCommerce strategies competitive.
- Continuously identify and propose new initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive innovation in the digital space.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience in eCommerce management, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industries.
- Strong understanding of Retailer.com platforms, pure players, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, performance optimization, and budget management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using eCommerce tools to track KPIs and improve conversions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English
