Corporate E-commerce Manager
MAIN PURPOSE
Work closely with the Corporate E-commerce & Digital director to develop an e-commerce strategy to drive the efficient & excellent e-com & digital activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop growth strategy and projects for e-commerce business with strong collaboration with key e-commerce platform partners and internal brand teams
- Find key business opportunities for Shiseido brands to drive digital penetration
- Create and maintain an online e-business plan and build long-term e-commerce relationships
- Analyze e-commerce sales and media performance to develop strategic insights & action plans
- Regularly review and report e-commerce KPI and continuously drive sales and conversions
- Manage e-commerce budget to ensure the best ROI
- Manage competitive, market and best practices intelligence
- Digital marketing planning and execution
- Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation
- Lead e-business doors opening projects, aligned with global and regional team
- Follow up global and local e-business projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in the equivalent coursework
- More than 7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce industry
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce (E-Retail/PurePlayer(Naver, Kakao etc) channel
- Beauty category experience preferred (no mandatory)
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively among a diverse related function and teams
- Excellent in verbal and written communication in both Korean and English
- Experience in D2C and performance marketing preferred
