Corporate E-commerce Specialist (Korean only)
MAIN PURPOSE
To collaborate closely with Corporate E-commerce Group Lead to develop and execute strategies that enhance the brand’s online presence, complement online marketing initiatives, and drive digital sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, and key e-commerce platforms to drive online revenue and expand digital market penetration.
- Develop strategic insights and actionable plans based on analysis of e-commerce sales and performance metrics.
- Support the management of e-commerce channels (Pure players, D2C platforms).
- Address e-commerce site issues and updates promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Plan and execute performance media strategies to optimize online visibility and drive conversions.
- Identify and analyze emerging e-commerce market trends and competitor’s digital tools to stay ahead in the market.
- Regularly monitor, review, and report on e-commerce KPIs, leveraging insights to drive continuous sales growth and higher conversions.
- Manage the e-business budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Identify new e-business opportunities and lead projects for opening new e-business channels, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Collaborate on the execution of global and local e-business projects, adapting strategies to meet regional needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the luxury or cosmetic industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and a fundamental understanding of IT and digital marketing.
- Experience in D2C and performance marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proactive problem solver, capable of responding swiftly to e-commerce challenges.
- Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
