Corporate E-commerce Manager (Korean only)
MAIN PURPOSE
Work closely with the corporate e-commerce - Lead to develop an e-commerce strategy to complement online marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, and key e-commerce platforms to drive online revenue and increase digital penetration
- Analyze e-commerce sales and performance to develop strategic insights & action plans
- Support to manage e-commerce channels (Pure player, D2C etc.) and respond to e-commerce site issues and updates in a timely manner
- Performance media planning and execution
- Identify and analyze the latest e-commerce market trends and competitor’s digital tools
- Regularly review and report e-commerce KPI and continuously drive sales and conversions
- Manage e-Business budget to ensure the best ROI
- Identify new e-business opportunities and lead new e-business doors opening projects, aligned with global and regional team
- Follow up global and local e-business projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in the equivalent coursework
- More than 5 years of e-commerce experience, preferred Luxury/Cosmetic industry career
- Professional Microsoft tools and basic knowledge of IT and digital marketing
- Excellent in verbal and written communication in both Korean and English is preferred
- Experience in D2C and performance marketing (preferred)
