CRM Operations Manager
MAIN PURPOSE
To improve brand expertise level that is consistent with global and regional CRM strategies. Develops and manages customers through direct communication programs to contribute to generating profits. And this role should seek to leverage to find solutions to business questions and look for ways to optimize business efficiency. The primary focus areas of analytics are through leveraging data from Consumer/CRM and implements CRM activities and customer marketing strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Purpose of this role is to leverage CRM & data and to define local CRM strategy and action aligned with brands’ business plan
- Deliver insightful and actionable analytics projects based on brand objectives
- Conduct campaign performance analysis (with standardized KPI and measurements)
- Develop cross brand analytics and insights based on consumer to support brand teams
- Work collaboratively with other corporate and brand teams including Brand Marketing, retail , e-commerce etc. and reports that bring together different disciplines to address business issues
- Manage local CRM vendor services
- Set up and deliver regular production KPI reports and executive dashboards
- Understand the Regional and local business strategy
- Support other corporate marketing initiatives and on-going projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 4-8 years of CRM experience
- Interest in the beauty industry & career advantage
- A high understanding of technical terminology, CRM
- Project experience with ability to manage external agencies and internal IT teams
- Performance-oriented
- Superior communication skills in relationship formation
- Experience in using of CRM analysis system, social listening and web tracking are preferred
