Prestige Div. - CRM Operations Manager

Job Description

1. CRM Activities & Execution

  • Operate customer membership program through strengthening communication with brand
  • Execute brand campaign and CRM programs through direct communication programs including DM, SMS/MMS to contribute to generating profits
  • Provide report related customer data with timely manner to the brand

 
2. Customer Data Management & Analysis

  • Publish regular overview report to brands 
  • Daily data and ad-hoc data management for execution and activation of analytic initiatives
  • Modify & develop CRM system according to business goal
  • Manage and execute urgent ad hoc servicing and operations CRM communications as needed
  • Excellent analysis with attention to detail and follow through. 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 4-6 years of CRM marketing experience, preference of Luxury/Cosmetic industry career
  • Interest in the beauty industry & career advantage
  • A high understanding of technical terminology, CRM, and online
  • Performance-oriented
  • Superior communication skills in relationship formation
  • Experience in using of CRM analysis system is preferred.
