MAIN PURPOSE

Deliver impactful sales and service training programs that strengthen product knowledge, elevate customer engagement, and drive sales performance, with a particular focus on key events and VIP customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Localize and develop training materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Plan and deliver sales & service training programs that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and major events.
• Provide pre-event training and on-site coaching for Outpost Mega-Events and VIP Beauty Classes.
• Conduct field coaching to reinforce service excellence, sales skills, and brand presentation.
• Support capability-building programs for counter managers and retail staff to enhance leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and retail teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging.
• Measure training effectiveness and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in training, preferably in cosmetics, luxury retail, or related industries.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations, facilitate learning, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in field coaching and/or event-based training is strongly preferred.

Beauty Training Specialist는 시세이도 브랜드의 매장 직원을 대상으로 한 교육과 필드 코칭을 통해,제품 전문성 강화, 고객 경험 향상, 그리고 매출 성장을 이끌어가는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. 

담당 업무

• 브랜드 교육 자료 개발 및 로컬라이제이션
• 세일즈 & 서비스 교육 기획·진행 및 이벤트 사전 교육 운영
• 현장 서비스·세일즈 스킬 및 브랜드 프레젠테이션 코칭
• 카운터 매니저 및 매장 직원 대상 리더십·고객관리 역량 강화 교육 실행
• 교육 프로그램의 효과 및 피드백 분석 

자격 요건

• 뷰티 브랜드 교육 경력 4년 이상
• 적극적인 커뮤니케이션 및 우수한 프레젠테이션 역량 보유자
• 필드 코칭(Field Coaching) 또는 이벤트 트레이닝 경험자 우대
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 능통자 우대
