Account Manager, Cosmetics&Fragrance (Korean only)

MAIN PURPOSE

Oversee the Cleansing and Beauty Tools categories, focusing on key channels like Olive Young, GMS (Traders), and Chicor. The primary objective is to drive category growth through new product launches and expansion in targeted channels.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Territory Business Planning: Manage distribution, monitor inventory levels, and identify growth opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies for product launches and revenue growth.
  • Monthly Sales Target Management: Set sales targets by door/store and take corrective action based on performance.
  • Merchandising Management: Collaborate with VM (Visual Merchandising) to manage store fixtures, updates, and replenishment of testers.
  • Promotion Planning & Budget Management: Plan and execute promotions tailored to each channel, while managing budgets (sales, advertising, rebates, testers, and samples).
  • Retailer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners through regular meetings and business development activities.
  • Market and Competitor Monitoring: Track market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • Sales Forecasting & Profitability: Develop mid-to-long-term sales forecasts and demand plans, ensuring alignment with brand goals and profitability targets.
  • Inventory & Seasonal Product Management: Oversee seasonal product proposals, inventory control, and the management of sub-materials.

  • 매출 분석, 행사분석, 이익률 행사 효율성 분석
  • 온라인몰 중장기 프로모션 플랜 구축 실행
  • 브랜드 Profit 개선을 위한 전략 수립 실행
  • 연간 예산 관리 (매출, 광고비, 장려금, 테스터, 샘플 )
  • 시장 동향, 시장 분석, 경쟁사 동향 파악 분석
  • 판매 계획 수립 수요 예측, 계획, 실행
  • 리테일 바이어 커뮤니케이션

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 7 years of experience in key account management, preferably in health & beauty or mass-market channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and sales strategy skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships across teams.
  • Willingness to travel and work on weekends as needed.
  • Open-mindedness to diverse perspectives and adaptability to dynamic environments.

 

  • 7 이상의  Key account management 경력을 갖추신 (헬스/뷰티/매스 채널 경험 보유 우대)
  • 4년제 학사 이상 기졸업자
  • 뛰어난 대인 관계 분석 능력, 영업 전략 수립 능력을 보유한
  • 원활한 협업이 가능한
  • 업무상 필요 , 주말 근무 또는 출장이 가능한
  • 다양한 관점을 수용하고 역동적인 환경에 유연하게 적응할 있는 능력이 있는
