MAIN PURPOSE

Establish, manage, and grow key accounts through profitable sales of prestige brand’s product lines. Your focus will be on creating and executing a strategic plan to grow existing accounts while also looking for new opportunities to grow market share.

  2. Prestige 브랜드 성과 모니터링
  3. 주간 및 월간 브랜드별 매출 목표 검토
  4. 사업 계획 수립 및 관리
  5. 경쟁사 모니터링

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support the manager to set sales objectives and forecasts. Monitor brand’s performance
  • Develop effective and appropriate action plans in order to motivate the sales teams to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI
  • Manage all business plans for the territory's distribution: planning, inventory, identifying to increase distribution and meet sales goals
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities and taking appropriate action
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow sales for group brand
  • Create monthly sales goals by door for the region, analyze trends then take appropriate action
  • Review sales goals by brand weekly and monthly, communicate to brand team
  • Regularly meet and form productive business relationships with Retailers
  • Competitive monitoring

 

필수 자격 요건

  1. 유관 경력 5년 이상 보유자
  2. MS Office(PowerPoint, Excel) 활용 능숙자
  3. 백화점 채널 영업관리 경력 보유자

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A college-level education or equivalent
  • Preference of more than 5 years of experience in the related work
  • Ability to travel and work weekends as necessary
  • Excellent team play, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with everyone in the organization
  • Open-minded, active tendency to accept different opinions from different perspectives
  • Well versed in PowerPoint and Excel spread sheet
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
