Sephora & Ulta experience is key to success. Passion for skincare, loads of energy, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a reputation for commitment and follow-through. The candidate must personally be focused on health and well-being. 


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • o Meet or exceed sales plan achievement

  • o Create monthly calendar that ensures attention and focus on top performing stores

  • o Participate in all retail programs/events in-store that impact brand awareness and acquisition

  • o Build relationships with Sephora key leadership roles that will create business opportunities and brand support

  • o Exhibit consistent passion for Drunk Elephant products and philosophy

  • o Be a humble and respectful partner to Sephora cast members and competitive brand field members

  • o Frequently study Drunk Elephant Instagram, Sephora.com, Ulta and Drunk Elephant ratings and reviews

  • o Provide feedback to Drunk Elephant management; in-store sampling, education tools, products and packaging and overall opportunities
