Job Summary

To sell the NARS brand through the GREAT experience technique and product knowledge attained through core and seasonal update trainings. This role primarily services the retail customers. The main objective is to maximize and hit daily sales targets through traffic stopping and execution of excellent services on counter, booking masterclasses and appointments.

2. Sales Skills

A goal driven, self-motivated and pro-active approach to sales. Able to achieve daily tasks and sales targets set by Retail, Training or Counter Manager.  Reporting and calculate during the day/weekly/ monthly how many customers need to be helped to reach targets.

 

3. Customer Service skills

To attract and serve customers through the company service guidelines (GREAT Experience) Creating a long-standing client relationship through a positive, friendly and outgoing personality.  CRM captions

The ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team. Consistently contribute ideas, creativity and passion to achieve a common goal.

 

5. Reliability and Flexibility

Able to establish trust and brand loyalty by demonstrating strong work ethics. Displays a flexible attitude when adapting to everchanging retail environment and challenges. Working on weekends minimum of 2 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Rota, customers, team members, targets and events.

 

Essential Job Duties

  • Generate sales through makeup application, personalized advice and product knowledge
  • Working on weekends and late shifts, having a flexible attitude towards scheduling.
  • Must apply GREAT experience to every customer
  • Wear NARS style while representing the brand
  • Being a brand ambassador on counter and through social media platforms
  • Adhere to company protocols set by Retail, Training or Counter Manager
  • Daily counter duties include store cleanliness, stock, visual merchandising, daily sales reporting, rota and regularly checking emails

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience in beauty or retail environment
  • Make up or beautician qualification/diploma
