Luxury brand Clé de Peau Beauté was established in Japan in 1982 with the mission to forge new frontiers in skin-cell science. Taking its name from the French for the key to skin’s beauty, the brand offers skincare, color makeup and base makeup items on a global scale. Each formula is created to help women unlock skin’s innate potential while revealing their radiance within. In 2019, the brand launched its Power of Radiance program to help empower women through education. Clé de Peau Beauté will continue to deliver the power of radiance to women around the world.

The brand Clé de Peau Beauté will be launched in July 2023 in Benelux market.

 

 

ORGANISATION

Reports to: Retail & Key Account Manager
Job Location: Clé de Peau Beauté point of sales in Benelux
Contract type: Fulltime – 5 days working week from Tuesday until Saturday



POSITION

As a Travelling Beauty Consultant, you are a brand ambassador dedicated for the brand Clé de Peau Beauté in all brand points of sale in the Netherlands & Belgium. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.

You will be the face of Clé de Peau Beauté in the Dutch and Belgium market as an ambassador towards national and international customers.

As you will be an ambassador for the brand you have to guaranty as well a fluid and fruitful relation with the points of sale management and employees.

In this role the development of the brand image and sell-out is key.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • To achieve retail sales targets by door and product group;
  • Ensure all customers are offered the level of guidance as required by the Clé de Peau Beauté in the application and benefits of its product;
  • Recruiting new customers and strengthen the loyalty of existing customers for the brand / products;
  • Coaching and motivating the employees of the point-of-sales about the brand and products through 1-on-1 mini training sessions;
  • Ensure the counters are merchandised to the highest level based in the brand guidelines;
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained to agreed levels in the correct product mix and identify slow moving products to improve retail sell through;
  • Must be available to support all major sales and marketing activities in store and take part in out of store / after store hours events;
  • Always work to standards set by the company and follow the company and store rules;
  • Analyse sales and stock situation and report to Retail & Key Account Manager on a weekly base;
  • Administrational tasks: tester orders, weekly sales reports.


PROFILE

 

  • Passion for high-end luxury skincare & make-up
  • Strong in serving and advising (national & international) customers;
  • Excellent social and communication skills, are commercial, representative and independent;
  • Outstanding customer service skills;
  • Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
  • Completed training in make-up and/or in skincare;
  • Speaks fluent English & Dutch
