Main Responsibilities
Key Account Management – The Netherlands:

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key retail partners (Douglas and IPXL).

Act as the main day-to-day contact for both key accounts and all categories.

Lead and follow up on business updates, newness meetings, and year review meetings.

Prepare reporting, analysis, and action plans by category and account.

Manage sell-in launches and sets, from negotiations to on-shelf, including GWP/sample support.

Analyze sell-in/sell-out results and commercial needs, converting insights into action plans.

Deliver company objectives: market share, gross sales, and net sales in line with budgets and targets.

Develop and implement key account strategies and plans in line with company priorities.

Collaborate with Marketing to develop annual account objectives and plans.

Support the preparation of yearly cooperative meetings (joint marketing activities with retailers).

Achieve retail objectives at total, brand, account, and store levels.

Develop e-retail plans in collaboration with the Digital team.
Key Account Management – Belgium:
Oversee the same responsibilities as in the Netherlands, in cooperation with the Commercial Director and with the support of the local Belgium Key Account Manager.
Skills & Competencies:

Academic/Master's degree.

Team management experience.

Sales background with a go-getter mindset.

High level of interpersonal skills, with potential for people development and leadership.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop action plans.

Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally.
Profile
Education:
University Degree (preferably Master's Degree).
Languages:
Fluent in Dutch and English. French is an asset.
Experience:
-
Minimum 3–5 years in commercial or retail roles within a fast-paced luxury, beauty, or FMCG company.

Experience with national key accounts (e.g., Ahold, Douglas, ICI PARIS XL, etc.).

Cosmetics industry experience is a significant asset.

Experience in developing cross-functional projects related to in-store experience.

Experience with Category Management or Trade Marketing is an asset.

Experience working with a Field Sales Force is an asset.
