Senior Analyst, SAP Master Data Governance

Job Summary: 

The Senior Analyst, SAP Master Data Governance will be Level 1 support for any troubleshooting issues related to Master Data. They will facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PTP/MM modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with any mass uploads or changes to Master Data.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and both the regional and global technical teams.
• Analyze and assure quality of data.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues.
• Design, configure and test solutions.
• Coordinate and support both UAT & Regression testing with the business teams and Global technical team.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs.   
• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction, leadership, and training.  
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
• Monitor and assist in resolving errors through daily reporting.
• Assist business partners in the implementation and support of SAP MDG and MM. 
• Create Change Request to support the business as needed.
• Lead and advise business partners on MDG initiatives.
• Support Business for issues related to SAP Materials management.
• Support all functional and technical related issues.
• Prepare test scenarios, support UAT and Hypercare.
• Prepare root cause analysis for all issues and functional specification for all developments.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• 3+ years’ experience in SAP S4 MDG, MM modules
• 3+ years’ IT and ERP experience
• 3+ years’ experience with data management
• Must be familiar with idocs and have experience in analyzing, processing and rectifying errors
• SQL, and ETL skills
• SAP MM Functional and Configuration skills
• Business and Solution Oriented, Global mindset
• Good planning and analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
