Job Summary:

Conduct operational audit work/JSOX work, and ad-hoc projects related to governance, risk, compliance and etc. Work under HQ-IAD high level direction and report to Executive Director of SAC Internal Audit.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct audits including carrying out effective testing and evaluating the related control environment in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Execute the audit field work with minimum supervision and prepare work papers for supervisory review.
  • Prepare audit reports, including performing root cause analysis to support and draft audit findings.
  • Collaborate with management to identify appropriate action plans for findings and follow-up its remediation.
  • Conduct special investigation when required.
  • Support to develop audit procedures for new business areas
  • Revisit current audit processes and propose solutions in line with new environment
  • Liaise between HQ-IAD and local affiliates / external auditors, build collaboration and cooperation

Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate closely with management personnel, build trust and rapport, provide guidance to their compliance efforts.
  • Support external auditor’s functions

Key Stakeholders

  • SAC Internal Audit Executive Director
  • HQ-IAD management and staff
  • All affiliates’ personnel in the Americas region
  • Senior leadership of the Americas region and affiliates
  • External auditors in the Americas region

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Over 4 years’ experience of internal audit/Financial statement audit/(J)SOX
  • Good understanding of the financial and operational processes, risks and controls
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team member in a fast-paced and semi-remote environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Establish good working relationship with all business affiliates employees
  • Ability to have constructive discussion with managements including challenging on key risks and issues
  • Able to travel overseas when required
  • Bachelor’s degree in financial, accounting or similar area
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and PC skills
  • Basic understanding for business software, ERP, SAP


  • Data analysis skill
  • Big 4 experience
  • Manufacturing company experience especially in cosmetic industry is preferable
