Senior Executive - E-Commerce

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible E-commerce platforms (brand.com & Pureplayer sites).
• Assist in the development, planning and implementation of ecommerce projects.
• Responsible for setting monthly targets for each platform and proposing mechanics and activities in order to ensure targets are achieved.
• Work closely with 3PL partner to ensure stock holding, returns, stock balance, fulfilment and customer service levels are all healthy.
• Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries.
• Work closely with retail team for sell-in proposal and ensure there is enough stock and GWP coverage to support EC activities.
• Work with agency to updated and maintain E-Commerce content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
• Generate monthly reports and analyze results.
• Liaise with regional team for alignment and approvals.
• Create & implement tactical offers/mechanics/promotions to support specific products, campaign periods and target specific market.
• Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages.
• Assist in day to day management of PPC campaigns implementation & monitoring and social media boosting plan & implementation.
• Explore 3rd party collaboration for potential customers and promote high traffic.

• Detail oriented and working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, energetic, collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organized with good time-management abilities and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
• Self-motivated with high level of initiative and sense of urgency.
• Strong written & verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint skills.
• Eye for beauty is a plus.
