  • Develop, manage, and execute strong portfolio strategy (new launces, pillar products and animation of core catalogue) including defining the pricing strategy, promotional plans, marketing campaigns to meet brand goals and objectives.
  • Own and implement all launches by developing innovative and highly creative 360 marketing plans rooted in consumer insights and O+O marketing trends to influence and nudge pros and consumers across the journey includes customer acquisition and retention KPIs.
  • Manage A&P budget and drive efficiencies and innovation within the given budget to ensure marketing investments support brand strategy and ROI.
  • To assist the marketing manager in improving product’s marketing campaigns, strategies or developing new products fit for the company.
  • To inspire team members as a senior role.
  • In-charge of Product Marketing & New Product Launches.
  • To coordinate with sales, training, and e- commerce team on maximising brand penetration through launches and animations, while ensuring key brand campaigns are perfectly executed across different channels in offline and online.
  • Ensure all counters have the necessary tools in a timely manner to meet sales objectives of new product launches.
  • Communicate with relevant personnel to ensure that all parties are aware of what collateral is being delivered and when.
  • Continue to develop and perfect the communication surrounding new launches and national events.
  • To create the forecasts for all new products and samples and acquire approval from manager.
  • Manage review of product performance vs. stock levels.
  • Build actionable sampling strategy by SKU and by channels to support sampling activities.
  • Provide pricing recommendations and rationale for new launches.
  • Manage pricing queries and updates.
  • Understand fully brand performance: sell-in vs sell-out and customers’ insight vs trend.
  • Prepare monthly business meetings with presentation on business updates, market insights & upcoming plans with clear key messages for senior management.
  • Remain commercially aware by researching competitors with regards to new products and activity.
  • Ensure all the product merchandising is in tip-top condition all the time especially during the launch month.



  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in any field Degree in Bachelor of Marketing related course.
  • People skill, leadership skill, Negotiation skill, organized, highly self-motivated, able to take on new challenges/responsibilities, adaptable to fast moving business environment.
  • Minimum 4-5 years & above of relevant working experience in beauty industry is required for this position.
  • Good people skill & able to work across various departments.
  • Good understanding of brand values.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and mathematical skills with an eye for details.
  • Meticulous, diligent, well-organized with good time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with high level of initiative and sense of urgency.
  • Strong written & verbal communication in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Eye for beauty is a plus.
