KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To oversee, manage, drive and monitor the brand performance and brand health
- To liaise with global brand holder on overall brand strategy and formulate localized marketing strategy to address local market needs based on set business objectives
- Ensuring marketing strategies are formulated in line with the right segmentation, targeting and positioning
- To build channel i.e.: Departmental Stores, Pure Players EC, Perfumeries & others plus retailer-specific strategies and marketing calendars customized to both differentiated business needs and consumer opportunities
- Championing and maintain brand consistency positioning along with ensuring integrated marketing communications that is in line with brand DNA through the right media strategy
- To plan, organize, lead and control the marketing mix in the context of product, pricing, promotion and placement / channel distribution to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing strategies
- Lead, motivate, influence and provide a single-minded direction with all stakeholders towards accomplishment of business objectives and set marketing strategies
- Product training for frontliner Fragrance Consultants in line with Marketing objectives
- Develop relevant localized (where needed) marketing campaigns, analyze and present business data or reports and maintenance of the full year calendar
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, pricing, ordering/ forecast, marketing expenditures, research and development appropriations as well as new product launches sizing
- Keeps promotional materials ready by updating materials; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt and supporting promotional requirements i.e.: animation set ups, sampling, PR/ KOL, agencies & enabler assets, co-planning GWP and sampling needs with Retail, counter POSM requirements and counter maintenance
- Establishing clear and measurable KPIs, reviewing the brands performance against targets and directing revision of plans, where possible to correct under performance within agreed budgets
- To evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data and conduct market research to identify requirements of current and future products review
- Brand reporting for local, regional and Global, including product/ campaign briefs to 3rd parties
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or Business Admin or Digital Marketing equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Beauty Industry or FMCG
- Proven experience qualities with keen passion and accountability
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact all levels of staff
- Good sense of responsibility and taking advise positively
- Independent drive and strong initiative to drive the brand
