To formulate strategic Marketing Plans for the assigned brand(s) for the profitability and business growth in the Malaysia market, by driving new product launches and pushing the growth on pillar products through the implementation of the Marketing plans.


  • Develop marketing strategy for growth & consumer recruitment
  • Implement new product launches and strive to grow pillar products
  • Expand the brand communication digitally
  • Work out marketing activity plan by month
  • Propose and implement monthly trade marketing plan in-store or out post to help to uplift sales
  • Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations for implementations to improve the performance of the brand
  • Strategize and plan all CRM and digital marketing program and ensure the implementation of all activities accordance to plan
  • To drive on the E-commerce platform in achieving the goals set
  • To build and maintain our social media presence as well as in all digital marketing platforms
  • To oversee VMD which includes but not limited to merchandising, opening and renovation of counters and boutiques
  • Interact effectively with other department ie PR, Training, Sales, Planning, Procurement, Controller etc to support marketing activities
  • Coach team member on daily basis to grow the team’s marketing competency
  • Manage and ensure meeting the budget and forecast
  • Protect and escalate Brand Equity and Image
  • Manage all activities run smoothly and meeting the deadlines & budget
  • Be Creative & Enterprising

    - Market trends & consumer behavior plus expectation
    - Skincare and cosmetic insight

  • Data Understanding:
    - On budget, P&L, A&P budget, Forecast

  • Min tertiary education in Marketing or Business Management or any related field
  • Minimum with 8 years working experience in Marketing with at least 3 years of working experience as a Marketing Manager in MNC, preferably from luxurious industry or skincare/cosmetic
  • Digitally Savvy with exposure in E-commerce and digital marketing as added advantage
  • Manage a team of marketers - People Person and able to interact at all level
  • Open Minded
  • Strive to make changes
