  • Assist Brand Manager in improving product’s marketing campaigns, strategies or developing new products fit for the brand
  • Define product launch strategy, Star Product animation strategy, pillar product and loyalty franchise strategies, building executional programmes to roll out across all business channels
  • Ensure all counters have the necessary tools in a timely manner to meet sales objectives of new product launches and work closely with Sephora or other retailers for successful campaign/launches across all channels (B&M and EC)
  • Continue to develop and perfect the communication surrounding new launches and national events
  • To create the forecasts for all new products and samples and acquire approval from managers and business controller
  • Build actionable sampling strategy by SKU and by channels to support sampling activities
  • Provide pricing recommendations and rationale for new launches and manage pricing queries and updates
  • Understand brand performance: sell-in vs sell-out and customers’ insight vs trend. To understand customer’s data and identify opportunity to grow database and to retain existing customers. To improve overall CRM program and communications
  • Collate sales data for monthly update/reports/regional reports & reviews
  • Remain commercially aware by researching competitors with regards to new products and activity



  • Minimum Degree in Bachelor of Marketing
  • Preferably with 3 years and above in marketing, preferably in retail or beauty industry
  • Digitally savvy with exposure in Digital Marketing & CRM as added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • People-person and able to interact at all levels
  • Work well independently and in a team
  • Eye for beauty is a plus
