KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and lead the digital marketing, social media and communication strategy ensuring consistency with the overall brand direction and strategy with strong emphasis on EC platforms and social media
  • In-depth understanding of the local consumer behaviour in order to develop full funnel media activations that contributes to continue growth and positive consumer engagement
  • Experienced digital strategist who is able to integrate digital performance driven ads with influencer programs
  • Manages the media budget to maximize ROAS by setting clear objectives and KPI for the brand and campaigns which includes both online and offline programs
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and ECommerce teams to optimize digital media performance to achieve set objectives (sales, consumer acquisition etc)
  • Plan and execute weekly and monthly digital content in line with brand strategy to maximize digital presence by working closely with digital agencies
  • Measure and optimize spending based on the performance of the marketing campaigns. i.e. measure number of new visitors, conversion rate, incremental of online sales, etc
  • Build and expand social media presence to strengthen brand positioning
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Identifies critical conversion points and bounce rate/drop-off points to optimize sales conversion
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns (EC platform, social media) and assesses against ROI and KPI to further optimize the program
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM, keyword search optimization and digital marketing via google Adwords social media (FB, IG), and online advertising campaigns on own/third-party platforms
  • Extract data from web analytics tools (Google Analytics) or other reporting application and able to make sense of the web data and drive insights to impact the performance of the communication plan and business
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance to maximize the cost efficiency and campaign effectiveness
  • Work with Media Agency, Platform and Enabler representatives by delivering the accurate campaign details, strategies and insight

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing-related fields
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven experience in using both Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other platforms
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting standards and a track record of proven business results through A/B and and metrics for ROI analysis
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
  • Problem-solving oriented, particularly in an ever-changing environment, comfortable to make decision with insufficient information
  • Self driven and meticulous
