Intern - Sales & Retails Operations

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales & Retail Operations intern, you will collaborate with our sales and retail operations team in all stages of operations. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our sales and retail channels.

This internship program will help you acquire sales skills and provide you with knowledge of various sales and retail strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in sales / retail and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Retail Operations

• Monitor new product launch and testers shipments.
• Execute the allocation of new products & pricing by counter.
• Checking on PO quantity and return received from retailers.
• Serve as control point in managing stocks to be given to counters.
• To provide sales reports on daily basis.
• To provide support to the team in all retail related matters.
• Ad-hoc reports to support Retail Manager.

Reports

• Compiles excel documents.
• Assist in reporting such as sales reports.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications.
• Able to multitask and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
