Intern - Digital Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and display advertising
• Compile data and generate reports on digital marketing activities, including website and e-commerce traffic, social media engagement, email performance, and campaign ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and tactics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights that will contribute to our marketing strategies
• Support the development and optimization of content for digital channels
• Assist in identifying and building relationships with influencers and beauty bloggers to collaborate on sponsored content and product placements. Coordinate influencer gifting and track campaign results
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide feedback on strategies

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms, including e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
• Preferred Internship Commencement Period: Immediately for a duration of 3 or 6 months
