KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day retail operations by channel/ brand/ door/ cluster doors including fragrance consultants (fragrances), counter management, stocks/POSM support, merchandising, key retailer relations and consumer-fronting initiatives
  • To develop and implement the right retail strategy based on Division and brand objectives
  • Set and manage sales target based on brand objectives, ranking, budget, calendar focus, distribution strategy, outpost promotions, stock listing by channel/ retailer and inventory, promotional plan, retail strategies, on-counter availability, new/ catalogue stocks mix, FC scheduling, competitor tracking and inventory management
  • Track sales to reconcile and validate for brand, store, and individual reports across channels
  • Monthly reports on Consumer Purchase, Net Sales, ranking and productivity plus (when scheduled) business reviews analysis of data for slides preparation
  • Work with the Brand / Product Manager & Forecast DP Planner for stocks volume order, product mix and sell-in timing to drive sales
  • Coordinate with Procurement, warehousing, retailers, enables on stock management plus various stakeholders by store to drive product availability and assortment
  • Anticipate, propose, and action on analyzed business opportunities and challenges to maximize sales
  • Guide, evaluate, monitor and coach frontliners to achieve brand objectives

  • SAP exposure is an additional plus

 

KEY MEASURABLES 

  • Consumer Purchase (offtake sellout), Gross and Net Sales by Division’s total budget for channel, retailer, counter productivity, animation productivity and promotional sales
  • P&L efficiency and profitability
  • CCM/CM/FC/BA/merchandiser development, retention, and turnover
  • Counter and stock inventory efficiency
