ROLE OVERVIEW
As EMEA Digital Partnership Manager, you will lead the execution and optimization of brand activations across key e-retail and pure players partners such as Notino, Zalando and other pure players.
You are responsible for delivering campaign excellence and digital consistency across retailers. You will owe the campaign timeline, retail media activations and coordination with markets. Your day-to-day will include monitoring live campaigns, coordinating internally with content, media, brand and local teams, and supporting continuous improvement.
You will be expected to build retailer relationships and partnerships, challenge execution quality, and grow your understanding of digital performance levers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Retailer Activation & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day planning and execution for key eRetailers with our local teams, ensuring flawless delivery of product launches, retail media campaigns, and CRM activations.
- Proactively add value to e-Retailers, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Align internal teams (brand, media, content, markets) around campaign calendars and commercial priorities.
- Secure the timely delivery of assets and ensure consistent digital shelf excellence (PDPs, visuals, copy, ratings & reviews)
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (sell-out, visibility, ROAS, conversion rates) across key platforms.
- Analyze campaign results and translate into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Build and present data-backed stories to support planning and business reviews.
Support to Commercial Strategy
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to shape joint business plans from a digital perspective.
- Influence retail media investments, visibility opportunities, and innovation pilots by providing strong digital performance insights.
- Help structure impactful retailer presentations by consolidating results, benchmarks, and best practices.
Market Enablement & Best Practice Sharing
- Provide guidance, tools, and hands-on support to local teams to ensure smooth campaign deployment.
- Share best-in-class examples and playbooks to drive consistency and raise activation standards across the region.
- Support key markets during launches and high visibility campaigns.
Innovation
- Identify opportunities to test new formats, content enhancements, or retailer solutions
- Act as a digital activation expert, helping evolve the way we engage shoppers across the e-retail journey.
- Partner with internal teams and retailers to pilot scalable innovations.
PROFILE
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or trade marketing, ideally in beauty, luxury or FMCG
- Strong Commercial and Data mindset, comfortable using tools like Excel, Power BI and Digital Shelf tracking tools
- Knowledge of retail media and e-retail merchandising principles
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns or launches in digital retail environments, especially on Amazon
- Strong communication, coordination and multi-project management skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); French or other European languages are a plus
