What we will do together


Within the International Media Designer Fragrances team, responsibilities might include :

Working on defining and coordinating our brands strategies, increasing digital Share of Voice to boost awareness, engagement and ultimately enhance brand love.

The team is at the heart of knowing / understanding the consumers, building relevant global and regional strategy guidelines, keeping the momentum in building our competitive edge in the social/digital context



  • Develop Brand strategy via Newsletters in coordination with Regions to continuously qualify, recruit and engage our databases
  • Work in close relationship with all teams (marketing, PR/influence,  e-retail, media, legal) to match strategy with content needs and ensure consistency/optimization of each initiative to leverage key brand moments and commercial periods.
  • Pilot our agency service providers on newsletter creative developments
  • Build, maintain and analyze CRM performance monitoring reports in order to optimize strategy
  • Actively participate in the animation of the international CRM community around our expertise



  • Work with Marketing, Communication, and e-Business teams on digital communication strategies to accelerate, and provide harmonious go-to-markets - objectives / targets / priorities
  • Oversee the execution of core digital campaigns across regions
  • Coordinating e-sampling strategies to push fragrance discovery through all touchpoints
  • Setting with Digital team clear Kpis and targets,
  • Consolidating global post results analysis to take corrective actions when needed - Elevate gaps and needs
  • Leverage our media partners such as google, FB, pinterest … in order to adapt assets and implement relevant tactics for the Designers Fragrances brands. Via test and learn approach and scalable projects.
  • Coordinate Program of Test & Learns in collaboration with Regions to foster learnings


Who you are



  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing / online media
  • Expert of digital marketing channels (especially CRM and Social Paid Media) and associated fields like attribution model, analytics tools, audience strategies
  • Analytics & performance-oriented
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Teamwork oriented, startup-minded, with strong beauty & web sensitivity
  • Thrives in a collaborative international environment
  • Humble and positive mindset, eager to learn
  • Impeccable English speaking and writing skills


  • This is both an operational and strategic role - An entrepreneurial approach is needed.
  • It requires someone with a hands-on approach to business, strong perseverance, interpersonal skills and agility to evolve in very fast business / competitive industry.
