MISSION
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our Marketing team and report to the Product Manager, working closely with the Brand Manager. As part of the team, you will help address key trade and operational marketing needs for an expanding ultra-premium brand across EMEA. This hands-on experience will offer you a clear understanding of the day-to-day marketing challenges in a fast-paced, international environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade & Operational missions:
- Provide regular, comprehensive retail sales performance analysis, along with bespoke analytical studies to support the EMEA business (e.g., beauty category deep dives based on panel data).
- Monitor competitors and best practices (launches, merchandising, animations, digital trends) and share actionable insights.
- Contribute to the 360° activation plan for P1 launches; develop relevant collaterals for the region (both digital and print); adapt global assets to support launches in brick-and-mortar and e-retail environments.
- Assist in the creation of marketing tools (campaign guidelines, sell-in decks, toolkits) and manage follow-ups with agencies/freelancers.
- Coordinate the rollout of global visual guidelines with the creative team; maintain e-retail content quality (PDP updates: visuals/packshots, descriptions, banners, videos).
Cross-Functional Missions:
- Update internal tracking files (orders, inventories…) and support the marketing team with daily market requests.
- Assist in the preparation of internal brand events (MDM, Brand Week) in coordination with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
- You have a first experience in marketing, ideally in beauty
- You are at ease with data and show a strong analytical spirit
- Rigorous, proactive and autonomous, with a strong sense of organization, you can handle several projects simultaneously
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are agile and demonstrate adaptation capacity in a fast paced and international environment
- You have a strong knowledge of Office Suite (proficient with Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken & written)
