Senior NPD Manager Gallinée Microbiome Skincare- Parental Leave Replacement

The position

As part of a one-year parental leave replacement (November 1st 24-December 25), you ensure product development & support of the existing catalogue for Gallinée. You are the main contact internally & externally on all NPD topics.

You report to the Head of Marketing, and share the support of an intern within the team.

The missions

• Develop new products and manage the existing portfolio, from conception to market launch.
• Collaborate closely with the brand's founder to align new products with her vision and the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct market studies to identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities.
• Work in partnership with R&D, packaging, industrialisation, regulatory affairs, logistics, trade teams to ensure the commercial success of launches.
• Manage the complete product life cycle, including performance analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
• Liaise with various professions in a strong context of integrating the brand within the Shiseido group. 
• Build impactful product launches, aligned with the brand and serving the markets. 
• Monitor the NPD budget. 

The desired profile

• Experience in NPD: minimum 5 years
• Curious, autonomous, rigorous profile, comfortable with change and able to work effectively in a team
• Excellent level of English & French, oral & written
• Solid knowledge of the skincare market and its trends
• A double pharmacy/marketing training is a plus
