MISSION
In charge of implementing the Group’s commercial activities on the Export EMEA local markets (Fragrance brands & Shiseido)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- Drive the Fragrance brands & Shiseido brand export sales on the local markets:
Israel, Turkey, Greece, Lebanon, Cyprus
- Strengthen the existing market share via adequate partnering with the local distributor
- For each market, be responsible for:
- Negotiating sales terms (price, retail terms, locations, animations)
- Elaborating and following up on wholesale and sell-in budgets
- Following up locally on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate market and competition benchmarks
- Negotiate and implement local marketing actions
PROFILE
- 5 years of experience with the following must-haves:
- Experience in the Cosmetics sector
- Experience in a similar Sales function with comparable distribution networks
- Experience on EMEA markets
- Business drive
- Sense of diplomacy
- Autonomy, reliability and ability to report accurately
- Strategic understanding of the sector and the region
- Hands-on approach
- Fluent English
- Ability to build a positive relationship with the key partner and to have a positive impact on local sales
- Ability to maintain balance between the strategic view on the region and the local hands-on approach on each market
