Development of EMEA Training tools and modules, and implementation of the training policy within the EMEA perimeter, federate the training community in order to reach sales and marketing objectives in line with the brand strategy and HQ guidelines, for scope detailed above

 

 

Mission 1: Assist in  the development and implementation of the training strategy

  • Collaborate on building the strategy and implementing key focused tasks,
  • Monitor and reinforce the training strategy across the scope.

 

Mission 2: Responsible for development of training tools, training modules, digital content

  • Responsible for the development of training tools for initial and seasonal brand and product training
  • Responsible for the development of contents for initial and seasonal brand and product knowledge,
  • Coordinate the relationship with creative agencies and negotiate conditions,
  • Responsible for delivery of material / tools at initial and seasonal training conference and share guidelines on local implementation
  • Responsible for development and execution of basic skincare techniques
  • Responsible for development and execution of HSS – I-Pad POS
  • Coordinate the feedback for the EMEA perimeter and make suggestions to improve tools in line with market needs.

 

Mission 3: Develop and support the EMEA training community

  • Share responsibility of delivering community content (blogs/best practice sharing)
  • Support the organization and execution of training seminars (twice per year) to disseminate seasonal objectives, products knowledge and POS activities,
  • Support education development at local level with timely market visits – feedback and report on market needs and achievements
  • Deliver specific trainings directly to local market BCs, on request

 

Activity 4: Manage the training pathway of new training managers

  • Execute the EMEA training for new training managers,
  • Build evaluation system for newly recruited training managers
  • Support new training managers development with market visit to conduct on the job training (advise, report with the line manager …),
  • Share best practices with local markets,
  • Realize and follow training reports for each training managers.

 

Activity 5: Support and collaborate with the brand activation team

  • Support and collaborate to build brand experience tools and strategy
  • Support by providing technique know how to execute brand experience or POS animation

 

Activity 6: To Develop training content to capture mindset of Generic BC

  • To create a specific program of content for retailer BC
  • To develop incentive schemes/ambassador programs to support brand and or key launches
  • To report on competitor activity in retailer BC training
  • To help support development of Retailer training strategy

 

 

Required Profile

  • Minimum 5 years with an experience in retail and in a European region
  • School of aesthetic, Training, communication, Graduate Business School
  • Know the markets, products and environment,
  • Master basic cabin skin care techniques,
  • Master basic make-up techniques,
  • Master training and pedagogy techniques,
  • Know how to do oral and written communication,
  • Master Pack office
  • Languages: English and French
