Main responsibilities

 

 

Manage the entire graphic line from charter development to production deliveries
Guideline creation:

 

  • Creation of graphic charters depending on Media, POS and E-retail needs
  • Adapt assets to the countries’ needs while respecting the Brands image and the creative charter and manage the asset deliveries to international media owners: POS, E-retail, TV, Print, Cinema, OOH, DOOH
  • Coordinate the production of POSM needs

 

 

 

Post production:

 

  • Transfer developed creative assets to the Adsapp Platform Manager in order to put these assets at markets’ disposal
  • Coordinate the assets’ orders of the countries in the Adsapp platform (Media & POS)
  • Deal directly with Picto supplier to produce unusual visual formats such as big OOH displays, street marketing…

 

 

 

Elaboration and enforce our sampling strategy:

 

 

  • Manage the sampling tools development
  • Manage the production, and delivery + e-sampling for digital activations

 

 

 

 

Budget:

 

 

  • Work directly with the external suppliers on the entire production process and participate to the price negotiations with the internal purchasing team. Negotiate price compensation if needed
  • Manage budget’s development

  • Flexibility to manage different projects at the same time
  • Understand market’s need to develop the correct tools.

Profile

 

  • Experience: 3 years minimum
  • Operational post-production technical background: process, technical terms & specificities, ready To Print management, Visual charter adaptations, scented tool production chain management
  • Strongly organised and reactive / strong team spirit
  • Creative and demanding in terms of execution
  • Beauty expertise and Fashion knowledge
  • Leadership / defend its own convictions
  • First experience in an agency is a plus
  • Fluent in English / IT skills: Excel & PowerPoint / Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
