The brand

Gallinée Microbiome Skincare is the latest brand in the Shiseido portfolio. A pioneer in the science of the microbiome for skin health and beauty, Gallinée is recruiting at a key moment in its growth, in an intrapreneurial environment.

The role

You will assist Gallinée's Head of Communication and wider communications team with brand development, communications strategy, influencer marketing, PR, social media and paid media asset development.

We are an agile & international team and work closely with our brand founder Dr Marie Drago.

Main role activities would consist of:

o Participation in the development of global brand & communication tools for new projects, new product launches and always on hero initiatives (press copy, influencer briefs, social media concepts and production, paid media formats and copy etc)

o Support the brand's entry into various markets, coordinating asset development (press releases, paid media, social content, influencer briefs) as well as events and inteviews with Brand Founder where applicable

  • Support with consistent social strategy development and execution in partnership with agencies
  • Support the wider social team in publishing across key platforms (IG, TT, PIN, YT) as well as secondary social platforms (X, Reddit etc)
  • Community management across key social platforms
  • Supporting overall global press office with coordination of country requests and needs
  • Support Founder activity – quote and interview request coordination, events, scheduling, market activity etc
  • Inform wider team of social trends, interesting industry activity, competitor insights in the PR and social space specifically

o Involved in monitoring the overall communications budget and drawing up POs.

o Support with communications analysis using various social listening and influencer tools

Your profile

o A 4/5-year degree from a business school or university

o Strong interest in social media content ideation and production, and influencer marketing preferred

Proficiency in M Office suite, plus strong social content production and editing skills or experience preferred (Canva, Adobe suite, CapCut etc)

o 6 months' experience in communications desirable

o Excellent written and spoken English and French (Franco-English team)

o Proactive and organised, able to manage several projects simultaneously
