Our team


The EMEA Regional Headquarter supports approx. 3000 employees (plant workers, sales organizations and regional back-office positions) in 11 countries. In the context of the company transformation and within the Regional HR team, the EMEA People & Organization team has been created to define wide ranging HR processes covering rewards, performance and talent management! Our objective is to create an engaging and fulfilling employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Thanks to the broad work scope of the team, there will be plenty of development opportunities depending on the personal ambitions you bring into the role.





We offer



As part of this team, we need your expertise to build tomorrow’s rewards strategy and define it into a concrete framework, while also addressing the operational needs and questions. This position is in charge of compensation, benefits, international mobility and performance management.


- Define regional rewards & performance policies that align with the regional business and HR strategy, as well as the Group guidelines

- Implement rewards and performance processes and tools in line with the regional policy and ensure quality and timely execution by communicating relevant information and guidance to all stakeholder (HR, managers and/or employees)

- Provide data driven consulting on compensation proposals (recruitment, mobility/promotion, retention)

- Coordinate external compensation benchmarking activities by participating to compensation surveys (Mercer, KF)
- Monitor long-term incentive plans  

- Coordinate French profit-sharing plans (agreement and payments)

- Improve employee communication on rewards & performance

- Monitor benefit programs, as well as participate in various regional policies (travel, car, etc.)

- In collaboration with the Group, support employees in international mobility to and from the EMEA region

- Support mobilities within the EMEA region

- Maintain the grading system in line with global guidelines

- Supervise an apprentice





Who we are looking for


- You hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

- You have at least 5 years of working experience, including an experience in consultancy

- You see Rewards & Performance as part of a wider HR strategy

- You enjoy communicating about your topics

- You are performance-driven and self-motivated to deliver on several subjects in an international environment

- You enjoy solving problems and find win-win solutions in collaboration with your internal stakeholders

- You are fluent in English
