Our team



The EMEA Regional Headquarter supports approx. 3000 employees (plant workers, sales organizations and regional back-office positions) in 11 countries. In the context of the company transformation and within the Regional HR team, the EMEA People & Organization team has been created to define wide ranging HR processes covering rewards, performance and talent management! Our objective is to create an engaging and fulfilling employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Thanks to the broad work scope of the team, there will be plenty of development opportunities depending on the personal ambitions you bring into the role.

As part of this team, we need your expertise to build tomorrow’s talent development strategy and define it into a concrete framework, while also addressing the operational needs and questions. This position is in charge of career development, learning, competency management and succession planning.



  • Create tools and processes to support HR, managers and employees to manage a successful employee journey
  • Define and implement the regional talent review process in line with the global guidelines and in link with HRIS tools
  • Design, develop and deliver learning and development solutions/projects (involve improving existing solutions or developing new custom solutions)
  • Build competency models together with business functions (e.g. Digital, Supply) including their definition, assessment and development
  • Support Self-Learning by infusing a learning culture throughout the organization
  • Organize and deliver onboarding sessions to new employees
  • Participate in organizational projects such as culture transformation, mobility framework, career paths definition
  • Supervise a trainee on the logistical aspects of the class-room trainings organized in the regional headquarter




Who we are looking for




- You hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

- You have at least 5 years of experience, including an experience in a consulting firm
- You have an international background and ideally have lived outside France

- You are passionate about HR topics, curious and enjoy finding innovative solutions

- You like communicating to various stakeholders inside and outside HR teams and have strong written and oral expression skills

- You enjoy working in a performance driven team and deliver on your promises

- You are well organized and enjoy working in autonomy
- You are fluent in English
