MISSION
The Product Manager works closely with the Brand’s Business Development team, merchandising, trade marketing & finance experts at RHQ, and in close collaboration with the Product Managers for the Brands in the affiliates. In charge of a rich portfolio of 2 Brands: Zadig & Voltaire and Serge Lutens for the EMEA affiliates.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of the operational marketing strategy for Zadig & Voltaire and Serge Lutens in the EMEA region, in partnership with Brand Manager:
- Working in close partnership with the Brandholder & N+1, develop the international marketing strategy for the region, respecting the Brands positioning whilst adapting the strategy to the different position of the brands within the various markets
- Be the voice of the region with the Brandholder, ensuring that local operational marketing needs are met and on time
- Build Brand image in the region especially on Serge Lutens
Oversee & facilitate operational marketing implementation in the region
- Ensure the implementation of the agreed marketing strategies in the region
- Coach, challenge & accompany affiliates’ strategies, arbitrating with N+1 when needed
- Monitor markets’ performance on launches, ensuring they are aligned with KPIs
- Track monthly performances to identify risk and opportunities
- Formulate forecast projections & analyze & challenge market forecasts
- Liaise with logistics & purchasing departments to defend markets’ needs
PROFILE
Graduated from a Business school or equivalent, you have a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in selective distribution, fragrance is a must have, ideally with strong working knowledge of at least one of the key European markets & their key retailers.
A good understanding of the fragrance market is a must.
Anglais is required.
