MAIN ASSIGNMENTS

 

INTERNAL DATA TOOL MANAGEMENT -

  • NPD data monthly integration
  • Market data integration
  • Monthly sell out compilation
  • Technical management of internal data tool
  • New report creation upon service request/ needs incl. IT collaboration

 

INTERNAL REPORTING

  • Regular communication to Regional board + Tokyo
  • Collaboration with EMEA finance team + EMEA marketing teams + local markets for detailed understanding of trends

 

DATA SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT - NPD

  • Management of regional contract
  • Management of data base liaising with marketing team for products update
  • Responsible for regional FY review to EMEA board

 

KEY ACCOUNT SUPPORT

  • Key account data integration
  • Key account data analysis & market communication
  • Support for key account meeting presentations

 

PRICING SUPPORT

  • Price study – price positioning analysis EMEA
  • Analysis of the front margin & back margin.
  • Support for pricing support presentations.

 

ADHOC ANALYSIS

  • Europe 5 of full EMEA performance analysis per brand, launch, KCP, channel…. upon request
  • Market support for specific performance deep dive
  • Forecast analysis based on relevant data

 

 

 

PROFILE

  • 2-3 years of experience with the following must-haves:
  • Experience in a similar Business Analyst function with comparable distribution networks
  • Autonomy, reliability and ability to report accurately
  • Fluent English
  • Excel perfect mastery
  • Sell in / Sell out / Market share expertise
  • Financial expertise
  • Ability to build positive relationship with the key partners: transversal HQ services + local markets
