Strategy

 

  • Define with the Marketing Manager the EMEA Marketing Priorities and wining model to recruit EMEA local consumer
  • Define the wining model in the open-sell environment
  • Contribute to the acceleration of the business digitalisation
  • Monitor GS ambitions and A&P investment strategy
  • Ensure the implementation of efficient local trade plans in line with brand guidelines and work with the affiliate to deliver higher profitability per door
  • Oversee the operational aspects of new market opening

 

 

EMEA Activations & Trade

 

  • Manage the development of efficient 360 activations within the region
  • Coordinate the online business expansion alongside with the E-Retail team and facilitate E-Retail acceleration
  • Strenghten retailer & eretailer collaborations
  • Monitor the EMEA Marketing A&P budget

 

 

Catalogue Management & Forecasting

 

  • Support EMEA markets throughout the novelty forecasting
  • Newness Pricing Strategy
  • Ensure stock availability in collaboration with supply

 

 

Visual Merchandising

 

  • Coordinate with the VM team new markets openings, new doors and VM updates

 

 

 

Profil

 

 

  • 2 to 3 years of minimum experience
  • Business school diploma
  • Fluent english imperative
  • Ideally a trade experience within a subsidiary
  • You have a luxury sensitivity within cosmetic environment
  • You have an appetite for numbers
  • Versatile profile (creative and analytical), curious and proactive
