JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, US Marketing leads the execution of marketing strategies for Narciso Rodriguez & Tory Burch in the US market. This role owns the annual marketing calendar and delivers integrated 360-degree programs. The Senior Manager is accountable for the A&P budget, retail sales performance, and cross-functional execution required to achieve brand and financial objectives.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • You will devise and develop the overall brand marketing plans and strategies for the US market.
  • You will own and execute the annual marketing calendar, translating brand strategy into integrated programs across all elements of the marketing mix.
  • You will define and implement retailer marketing programs for existing products and strategies for new product launches. 
  • You will partner with media team and agency to develop and execute annual media plans and collaborate with the global brand holders to secure the assets required for timely activation.
  • You will drive and coordinate all new product forecasts with the forecasting and sales operation teams to ensure figures are well thought out and global turnover timing is met.
  • You will execute retailer.com programs, including retailer-specific GWP and sampling initiatives, and deliver all creative assets to support new product launches and sets.
  • You will take ownership of the marketing budget: budget accuracy and efficiency (ROI and performance analysis)
  • You will manage Mix of Business (HPLN) monthly & quarterly projections and aligning with sales.
  • You will forecast and manage all POSM materials including samples, collateral, GWP’s, promo sets and adjust forecast based on trends in the business. 
  • You will manage ongoing communication with Brand Holders; Monthly Status meetings, reporting, launch recaps and requesting US specific needs (ie. Product launches, sets and assets etc.)
  • You will develop and deliver marketing presentations to retailer partners and Sales Field.
  • You will maintain current knowledge of the US fragrance marketplace through regular engagement with the Sales Field, store visits, trade publications, and social media; use these insights to maintain a competitive intelligence archive and inform brand decisions
  • You will make recommendations and manage communication of annual price increases
  • You will educate global brand-holders on US market best practices, retailer needs and competitive landscape.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  • You have a college degree, 5+ years of work experience in US marketing for a beauty brand, preferably prestige brand experience
  • You can develop solid trade marketing plans, programs and promotional briefs
  • You are a passionate, energetic, team-oriented individual with strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and creative skills
  • You have strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills
  • You have knowledge of competitive marketplace, department and specialty store environment
  • You can balance analytics with creativity in a strategic thought process
  • You have software expertise – MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and knowledgeable in AI

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
