JOB SUMMARY
Supports the Director of Sales Development within the SAC brand portfolio, focusing on Retail Sales and Net Shipments analytics and accuracy. Key responsibilities include analyzing retail sales, gross shipments, and returns, as well as preparing weekly and monthly reports comparing actuals to plan. This is a leadership role in the forecasting process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible for the quarterly budget process. This includes managing timelines and spearheading meetings with sales and cross functional partners on projections.
- You will facilitate weekly revenue meetings and identify retail, shipment, and sales deduction Risks and Opportunities.
- Ongoing and always on stock and sales analysis for retail, net and inventory actuals vs plan.
- You will be the key voice representing sales POV in monthly demand, finance, and marketing reviews. Fundamental knowledge of key retailers’ state of business.
- You will provide the S&OP, Marketing and Finance teams with retail and gross data for month end, quarterly, and annual submission to headquarters.
Additional Responsibilities
- You will be monitoring the monthly gross forecast by partnering with the sell-in and DC teams (customer service, distribution, traffic). Communication to Leadership on Risks and Opportunities that impact the calendar year.
- You will be providing monthly retail and net commentary on MTD and YTD results.
- You will collaborate with Reporting Team to maintain up-to-date reporting on shipments, retail and sales deductions.
- You will partner with Sales Ops team to be aware of launch and promo set availability and ensure allocations are reflected properly in sales projections.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a college Degree & Minimum of 7 years retail and net reporting experience
- You are highly proficient in Excel.
- You have advanced knowledge and experience with Word and PowerPoint.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are detail oriented and able to multitask in a high-demand environment.
- You can work under pressure and with fluctuating deadlines.
- You can work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the NY office weekly)

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
