JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities include overseeing and executing all allocations for saleable and point of sales materials. This role operates as a central point of contact for Sales Operations and provides clear communication to the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners. It is responsible for making key allocation decisions. Critical thinking and decision-making are important skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the business. It also manages the sales analysis and reporting while supporting the Senior Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will allocate new launch, constraint, promotional and point of sale materials in a multi-branded environment.
- You will distribute and analyze weekly sell in and sell thru reporting for new launch and promo to all relevant parties.
- You will manage monthly POSM allocations – distribute monthly POSM allocations, process orders and clear allocations, provide Sell In consumption tracking and updates
- You will manage end to end allocation process to meet programmed on counter dates. Analyze risks to launch timelines, provide timely launch updates and identify CEP impacts. Work with cross-functional teams to mitigate delays.
- You will participate in strategic planning discussions for new launch planning, aligning with internal stakeholders on pipe and 12-month retail projections.
- You will support global allocation review process and communicate on behalf of US Market.
- You will review and reconcile allocation errors for open orders daily.
- You will create seasonal order forms.
- You will provide allocation approvals for no charge orders for internal teams and retailers.
- You will lead regular operational status meetings with cross functional teams.
- You will issue weekly out of stock reports for finished goods.
- You will develop and implement processes to optimize and streamline communication.
- You will help with special projects on an ongoing basis. Maintain a flexible approach to specific requests.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, proficiency in SAP a plus.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
- You can work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- You have an analytical mindset to interpret sales data. Problem-solving skills.
- You demonstrate leadership and take initiative. Ability to assess a situation and act independently.
- You have effective project management skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized and accurate.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
