Key Responsibilities
As a core member of the team, achieve the group's goals/KPIs (introduction of the global One system, data structure/definition, workflow, global/regional standardization of templates, construction and operation of governance systems, user utilization rate) together with the superior/leader through leading team activities.
Lead small projects related to people technology in the global and Japan regions, or take responsibility for achieving team goals through specific activities and task forces.
Plan and execute the following performance items on your own initiative under the limited instructions of the superior/leader.
In charge of multiple projects and maintenance operation systems to realize HR process standardization, efficiency, systematization, and data visualization in the global and Japan regions.
Realize the global/regional standardization of data structure/definition, workflow, and templates, and partially achieve organizational capability improvement and operational efficiency by commonizing the HR database globally.
Create and improve rules for maintenance to promote the smooth utilization of users after system introduction, and execute them.
Track the ROI and KPIs resulting from system introduction, such as improving user utilization rates, after formulating and revising them.
Main Responsibilities;
- Business side AMS and project management for globally implemented SuccessFactors modules
- Responding to inquiries and requests from employees and business users
- Managing service requests, change requests, and projects
- Regular participation and facilitation with regional HRIS
In addition, occasional participation in domestic adaptation of global solutions other than SuccessFactors.

Requirements
- A proactive attitude towards leading work independently
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations
- Experience with global HR systems/projects (approximately 5 years)
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of global talent management
- Broad knowledge and understanding of HR compliance and Japanese labor laws
- Experience in global projects/change management (approximately 3 years)
- Strategic thinking skills (agile problem-setting ability, solution planning, and proposal skills)
- Leadership (ability to involve others and drive change amidst uncertainty)
- Data analysis skills
- Communication skills (internal and external negotiations, presentations)
- Experience in people/vendor management (approximately 1-3 years)
- Business-level English proficiency

- Understanding of People Technology (HRIS) trends and products
- Adaptability and sustainability in response to environmental and situational changes
- Understanding and negotiation skills for DE&I work environments
