Job Summary:

The Associate Manager, Global Ecommerce & DTC Marketing is responsible for supporting the strategy development and day-to-day execution of ecommerce programs for the brand, delivering on key brand objectives across new product launches, promotions, DTC exclusive programs and campaign moments. This role is strategic and responsible for representing the needs of brand, and pure player sites to ensure regional teams have the products, content, and other support needed to win in online.

This role is responsible for partnering internally with global marketing, digital, creative, and copy teams along with external vendors to ensure consistency and growth through all ecommerce programs to deliver strong ecommerce sales, create best-in-class customer experiences and accelerate digital innovation.

This role will support the Senior Manager, Global Ecommerce & DTC Marketing, and broader Ecommerce & CRM team to determine the global ecommerce strategy as it pertains to technology roadmap, new experiences and features, promotions, launch calendar, core product strategy and customer-related initiatives.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Support the development of global ecommerce strategy for new product launches, promotions and key calendar moments across, and pure player.
  • Develop promotional and omnichannel ecommerce guidelines and maintain ecommerce marketing calendar and asset bulletin for markets.
  • Share feedback on campaign performance, insights, and guidance to marketing and creative teams to ensure that content always meets consumer intent and that we consistently apply best practices.
  • Support global senior manager on reviewing international digital requests, providing the markets’ guidance, and understanding how it fits within the larger global strategy.
  • Support regional leads on asset needs for new brand site and retailer 360 launch plans, leveraging learnings from prior launches and defining opportunities based on local market nuances.
  • Prepare presentations for key meetings with global brand teams.



  • Responsible for global site content for US and International, creating innovative templates for every launch, delivering a package of assets to regional teams that meet their business goals and find ways to improve the overall PDP consumer experience.
  • Responsible for management of global ecommerce calendar and SKU list, and creation of global creative requests for all NARS brand sites and; owning the entire process from creative briefing to release to markets, ensuring assets are meeting the channel and market needs and timing.
  • Partner closely with Global Creative & Content teams to build strong relationships while communicating best practices and results.
  • Maintain global asset tracker and update library of digital assets including product images, collection imagery, and videos. Ensure all assets are organized, current, and easily searchable by regional and local partners.



  • Support global senior manager on global ecommerce reporting for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
  • Oversee weekly/bi-weekly regional project calls and lead communication of site experience/maintenance updates to all teams and vendors.
  • Maintaining list of all new launch SKUs by Date, SKU, and other pertinent info. Distributing to regions quarterly
  • Support the Global Ecommerce team on developing new site features and enhancements on the roadmap to meet regional business needs


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience with a fashion, retail or beauty brand
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
  • Collaborative team player with a history of building strong cross-functional relationships; experience working with international teams a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience analyzing data and communicating findings in reports/presentations
  • Passion for the beauty industry
