Job Summary:

Supports the Executive Director of Sales Development for the Shiseido and Cle De Peau Brands within the SAC portfolio. There is a focus on Retail Sales and Net Shipment analytics.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of retail sales, gross shipments, and returns. Weekly and Monthly reporting on actuals vs plan.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the quarterly budget process. This includes managing timelines and spearheading meetings with sales and cross functional partners on projections. 
  • Facilitate weekly revenue meetings and identifies retail, shipment, and sales deduction Risks and Opportunities.
  • Ongoing and always on stock and sales analysis for retail, net and inventory actuals vs plan.
  • Key voice representing sales POV in monthly demand, finance, and marketing reviews. Fundamental knowledge of key retailer state of the business.
  • Provide the S&OP, Marketing and Finance teams with retail and gross data for month end, quarterly, and annual submission to headquarters.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the monthly gross forecast by partnering with the sell-in and DC teams (customer service, distribution, traffic, etc). Communication to Leadership on Risks and Opportunities that impact the calendar year.
  • Providing monthly retail and net commentary on MTD and YTD results.
  • Collaborate with Reporting Team to maintain up-to-date reporting on shipments, retail and sales deductions.
  • Partner with Sales Ops team to be aware of launch and promo set availability and ensure allocations are reflected properly is sales projections.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • College Degree & Minimum of 7 years retail and net reporting experience
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask in a high-demand environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with fluctuating deadlines.

Salary (Min-Max):  $109,224.00 - $150,183.00
